Lake Country is home to a growing, community-driven trail network with multiple sites identified for future development. The first phase is centred at Jack Seaton Park, a multi-use municipal park just off Camp Road, offering approachable terrain and thoughtful design for riders of all levels.

Current Trails

The Jack Seaton Park features an up-track, a flow trail, a jump line, and a new technical trail. Riders can access the system from the main parking lot and follow the multi-use path to the southeast corner to reach the mountain bike start zone.

Future Development

Lake Country’s trail system is in the early stages of a long-term vision. Future plans include:

  • New zones identified for expansion

  • Connections to trails being developed as part of the Lake Stone Summit project

  • Integration with the brand-new Lake Country Bike Park on the south side of Beacon Hill

  • A broader, linked network supporting all styles of riding

Community & Stewardship

Since 2021, local riders have worked closely with the District of Lake Country to shape trail development. Now under the MTBCO umbrella, the group continues to play a key role — identifying new opportunities, supporting trail improvements, and hosting community events that help this network grow alongside its riders.
