Community Operations

Zach McLean

I moved to Kelowna three years ago for the mountains, the dirt, and a lifestyle built around being outdoors, and quickly found a home through MTBCO. I’m a UX and product design lead working with startups and global brands, bringing a people-first approach to building strong communities. Since joining MTBCO, I’ve been actively involved in events, growing sponsorships/partnerships, communications, and leading the redesign of our website to better support members, sponsors, volunteers, and our mission. As a Director of Community Ops, I’m passionate about helping more riders plug in, strengthening our volunteer base, and continuing to grow MTBCO into a world-class riding community.
