Community Operations

Zach McLean

I moved to Kelowna two and a half years ago for the mountains, the dirt, and a lifestyle built around being outdoors, and quickly found a home through MTBCO. I’m a UX and product design lead working with startups and global brands, bringing a people-first, systems-driven approach to building strong communities. Since joining MTBCO, I’ve been actively involved in events, volunteering, and leading the redesign of our website to better support members, sponsors, volunteers, and our mission. As a Director of Community, I’m passionate about helping more riders plug in, strengthening our volunteer base, and continuing to grow MTBCO into a world-class riding community.
