Voice Your Vision for the Future

Our AGM provides an opportunity for members to voice their opinions and learn about the great things happening at MTBCO in person. There will be a presentation from the directors discussing the successes and plans for the future of MTBCO. All members are welcome!

A large group of people gathers indoors at night, with some seated and others standing, as a woman in a black shirt and caps addresses them. Large windows reveal the dark exterior, and a TV screen on the wall displays a presentation for the 2024-2025 season by the RCA.

About the AGM

What To Expect

  • Happens yearly over the winter months, typically in January or February. Depending on registered attendees, it will be held in an auditorium or large event space in Kelowna and include a recap of the year along with plans for the upcoming year.

  • Bring yourself and your membership!

  • 1. Register for the AGM event

Stay updated by browsing upcoming events and following us on Facebook and Instagram. You must be a member to participate.

    2. Arrive on time and check in with an MTBCO leader

This event will require a more formal check in as it helps us comply with city bylaws and is great for tracking attendance numbers.
